Ever tried to share expenses in a group and once you try to settle the bill it gets messy trying to figure out who owes what to whom?
Bill Buddy helps you keeping track of the bill whether you’re travelling in a group, arranging a party or sharing expenses in another way. It gives you an nice overview of all of the expenses, shows you how to settle the bill the easiest way possible and lets you send out bill overview to the participants using email or sms.
Each bill is presented in an overview where you can see all the expenses for each participant and what his/hers total spending and balance (relative to the group) is. All expenses are editable and so is the participant list. You can add / remove participants along the way and Bill Buddy gives you several choices of doing so in respect to expenses which already exists in the bill when a participant is added / removed.
Adding expenses requires only a few steps. You are also given the opportunity to distribute an expense uneven on a number of participants. I.e. you have been to a restaurant and everybody spent different amounts on food and drinks. No problem, while adding the restaurant expense in the bill, type in who spent what and Bill Buddy will adjust their balances accordingly. You can always go back if you mistyped something and edit expenses later.
Use the Settle tool to find the easiest way for everybody to get even.
Send the Bill overview, expense list and/or how to settle the Bill over email or sms to the participants as frequently as you like. Bill Buddy uses the email / sms client on your phone, which enables you to edit the message and list of recipients before sending it out.
All these features are compiled into this app without compromising the ease of use.
